Receiving an Ambulance call on our 24 HOURS HELPLINE:3333-000 at our OPS CENTRE & IMMEDIATE DESPATCHING OF INFORMATION TO THE MOBILE UNIT.
STEP 2
Prompt Arrival of Ambulance at site & uploading of carry equipment.
STEP 3
Carrying of patients up/down staircase - careful, with proper & safe equipment.
STEP 4
Safe arrival of patient to ambulance.
STEP 5
Safe arrival of patient to ambulance.
STEP 6
Arrival at Accident & Emergency Department of Hospital.
STEP 7
Mission Accomplished. Patient arrives at hospital stable and comfortable. Proper handing over to hospital staff.
